Treasurer Forms

The remittance forms for treasurers were updated and changed in 2005 by the Women's Division. These forms are the forms to use for 2007. All of the forms are available for download here on our website.

All of the forms are provided here in several formats. You may choose them in Adobe Acrobat Reader or Microsoft Excel.

As has always been the case, on all of the forms, you can print the PDF Templates and make copies to use for handwritten reports. Just be sure to always keep a copy for your records.

There are PDF files that are functional, with formulas, where you can fill them out on your computer and then print them. You can print the PDF forms while you are online, or you can save a form to your computer and use it offline. The EXCEL files are functional, with formulas. You do need to have Microsoft EXCEL software to use the EXCEL files.. To save an EXCEL file to your computer, click on the link, then save the file to your computer, then open it with EXCEL. It is also possible to open the EXCEL forms online, fill them in, and print them.

To use any of the PDF files, all you need is the free Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher.
