Saturday, October 23
Registration beginning at 10 am
Book Room open Lunch at noon
1-3 pm Business Meeting
3:30 – 5: 30 pm Officer Training
All non-district officers will have the opportunity to meet in the auditorium to discover
good program ideas using UMW program resources.
This will be led by Janet Baker, former Norfolk District president.
5:45 pm Dinner
6:45 pm Singing
7:00 pm Awards Ceremony
8:30 pm Devotions
9:00 pm Ice cream and cake in the Dining Hall
Sunday, October 24
7:30 am Morning Praise in Auditorium
8:00 am Breakfast
8:45 am Singing
9:00 am Pledge Service
Break
Memorial Service and Communion
Noon Lunch

Our conference Annual Meeting is an
opportunity to gather & worship, to celebrate how we have been in mission in
the past year, to share ideas about how we can continue to be in mission in
the future, and to carry out the necessary business of our conference, by
adopting our conference Pledge to Mission & budget, and electing conference
officers.
